General DescriptionOften flowering a little later than other spring-flowering Magnolias and thus are a little less prone to frost damage.
PropagationSoftwood cuttings may be taken in early summer and rooted under mist and bottom heat. Layering of low branches in early spring.
CultivationPlant in fertile soil in full sun to partial shade. Formative pruning when young on plants in late summer.
