Landscape | Excellent for rock gardens, borders and open woodland gardens, or as an edger along paths or walkways. |
Propagation | Propagate by division in autumn, or by seed in spring. |
Cultivation | Grow in a rich, well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade, making sure to provide consistent moisture if grown in full sun in a warm area. Remove the stems of faded flowers to encourage further bloom. |
Pests | Susceptible to leafy gall (Corynebacterium fascians), and affected plants should be destroyed. |
