Cultivation | Grow in full sun and low humidity, in standard cactus compost with a pH of 6 - 7.5, containing medium to high inorganic content (more than half grit). Do not water during the winter months, from mid-autumn to early spring. Lightly mist on warm days in late winter. |
Habitat | It thrives in a variety of sites and soils, often found growing out of cracks in solid rock near the deserts of Mexico. |
