Description and Growing Information
Shape | Sparse looking plant with one or several stems. |
Habitat | Scrubby grassland areas with adequate moisture, along river edges where rich soil conditions exist. |
Leaf Description | Simple, alternate leaves that are 4-6 cm long, lanceolate with a narrowly elliptic with leaf margins finely serrate. Leaves are dark green on the surface and light green on the undersides, often with fine hairs along the leaf veins. |
