Description and Growing Information
General Description | A critically endangered plant with only 4,000 individuals remaining. Leaves are positioned in a basal rosette and have bicoloured flowers similar to Salvia offcinalis (the common kitchen herb). When crushed the stems give off a delightful smell. |
Habitat | The summit of limestone hills and lava intrusions. |
Flower Description | Small flowers, the upper lip pale blue lowering and white with faint yellow marking on the lower portion. |
