Description and Growing Information

General DescriptionA critically endangered shrub with roughly 400-600 individuals remaining. Its remote habitat makes it difficult to estimate the distribution of the plant.
PropagationReproduces only from seed.
HabitatNorth-facing shady slopes of inland cliffs and deep valley at an altitude of 700-900 m. Prefers cold, wet winds with little soil.
Leaf DescriptionTwice as long as they are wide with 7-9 veins. Basal leaves are spear shaped and grip the stem at the base.
