Description and Growing Information

General DescriptionA critically endangered small bushy tree symmetric leaves. An estimated 200-250 individuals remain.
HabitatOld cork oak forest along the edges of a stream on the northern slopes of the mountain.
Bark/Stem DescriptionWhen young it is smooth and a greyish colour, however as it ages it becomes brownish-grey and peels off in plates.
Leaf DescriptionOval shaped with teethed edges and covered in bristly hairs.
