General DescriptionLow mat like plant with stunningly veined flowers.
PropagationPropagate by dividing rhizomes.
CultivationSandy and stony soils with neutral to acidic pH. However, is tolerant to a number of soil conditions from wet grasslands to extremely dry and stony soils.
HabitatMountain ridges at an altitude of up to 1,100 m, sandy coasts and grasslands.
Flower Description3 cm wide, pink, white or lavender in colour, petals are heavily veined and with a dark green or pink centre.
