Leaf DescriptionCylindroid leaves, 12-16.5 mm long, greyish pink, closely and evenly distributed spines, straight and slightly point downward, 1-4 per areole, 2-2.3 cm in length.
Flower DescriptionGreen flowers edged in brown or red, 3-4.5 cm in diameter, red or greenish filaments 6-9 mm long and 1-1.5 mm long anthers.
Fruit DescriptionRed fruit, fleshy, tuberculate, spineless and obovoid, 2 x 1.5 cm.
