HabitatLimestone mountain slopes at an altitude of 1,500-1,600 m.
Bark/Stem DescriptionDark grey with thin blackish-grey branchlets.
Leaf DescriptionOvate, ovate-elliptic or ovate-oblong, leathery with 11-12 lateral veins on either side, 2.7-5x1.5-2 cm.
Flower DescriptionFemale inflorescence, 4-5x1.5-2 cm.
Fruit DescriptionBroad ovoid, very ribbed and glabrous, 4x3 mm nutlet, produced July through September.
