HabitatForests on mountain slopes at an altitude of 1,400-2,900 m.
Bark/Stem DescriptionDark grey with dark brown branchlets.
Leaf DescriptionOblong-lanceolate or elliptic-lanceolate, with 14-17 lateral veins on either side, 5-6.5x2-2.5 cm.
Flower DescriptionFemale inflorescence, 2.5-3x1-1.5 mm.
Fruit DescriptionBroad, ovoid and very ribbed nutlet, 4x3 mm, produced July through September.
