HabitatMixed forests at an altitude of 900-1,200 m.
Bark/Stem DescriptionSmooth, grey or brownish grey in colour with thin glabrous branchlets.
Leaf DescriptionElliptic, dark green, thin leaves, with a truncate or subcordate base and 5 lanceolate or ovate-oblong lobes, 7-10 x 8-12 cm.
Flower DescriptionGreenish-white 5 petaled flowers.
Fruit DescriptionYellowish brown in colour, produced in September. Winged ovoid nutlets 2.5-1.6 cm.
