Bark/Stem DescriptionSmooth and grey bark with thin glabrescent branchlets.
Flower/Leaf Bud DescriptionRounded with ciliate scales, 1-2 mm in length.
Leaf DescriptionOboval to elliptical, toothed, 5-6 secondary veins on either side of the midvein and a rounded, cordate or cuneate base, 2-5 x 1-4 cm.
Fruit DescriptionOvoid acorn, 1-1.5 cm in length.
