Description and Growing Information
| General Description | It was named after Baron (Charles) von Hugel. |
| Landscape | Used in mixed borders or as an informal hedge. |
| Propagation | Semi-hardwood cuttings. 10 cm tip cuttings work best although soft tip cuttings also rot well. |
