Leaf DescriptionOblanceolate, 30 cm long with short hairs on the surface and longer hairs along the edges. Upright stems that grow at an angle or sideways.
Flower DescriptionFlowers are borne singly or in groups of up to 9. Have 10 - 23 ray florets, between 24 - 60 disc florets and 4 to 5 rows of phyllaries.
Colour DescriptionThe leaves are green. The stems are reddish-green. Ray florets are yellow while the disc florets are a darker yellow. Phyllaries are a dark green around the base and lighter green turning to a reddish-purple at the tip.
Texture DescriptionLeaves and stems have a hairy texture.
