Description and Growing Information

General Description‘Akashigata’ favours a position sheltered from cold dry winds. It prefers woodland and acid soils but will tolerate neutral loam as long as it is well drained.

PropagationHardwood cuttings planted with rooting hormone. Will begin to root within 2 or 3 months.
