General DescriptionTall vine like bush with opposite branches. Light green leafs, pale yellow flowers and berry-like red fruit.
ID CharacteristicColour, pale greenish yellow. Leaves, thin, downy beneath when young, on somewhat hairy, short petioles, opposite, oblong or ovate, fringed around the margins. Calyx, with very short teeth. Corolla, funnel-form, with a slight, spur-like swelling at base, 3/4 of an inch long, with 5 nearly equal lobes. Fruit, not united, of 2 separate, bright red berries. April to June.
