Description and Growing Information

General Descriptiona soft, medium-weight timber. The leaves are pink or red and slowly change to dark green when mature. Mature leaves are up to 20cm long.
ID CharacteristicThe tree produces small white flowers held in panicles. When ripe, fruits of the tree are dry hard woody capsules measuring to 40 cm in length.
